NARRATOR: The Great black-backed Gull is the largest gull in the world and will readily eat almost anything they can swallow. Unlike most other gulls, they are highly predatory and frequently hunt and kill prey smaller than themselves. When attacking other flying birds, the Great black-backed gulls often pursue them on the wing and attack by jabbing with their bill, hoping to bring down the target either by creating a deadly open wound or simply by exhaustion.
- sound of seagulls getting stronger
The deep laughing cry of the Great black-backed Gull is a haunting call and will send a chill down anyone´s spine that dares to listen.
